Mr. Gordon is President of GPW and Associates, Inc. (GPWA), an actuarial and consulting firm founded in 1998. GPWA purchased the Risk and Insurance Services Practice from Watson Wyatt on September 1, 1998. Mr. Gordon joined Watson Wyatt in 1981 after having served as Vice President of a Phoenix based life insurance company. His thirty years of experience in the consulting field follows his work in the actuarial department of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. Prior to forming GPWA, Mr. Gordon was the team leader for the Risk and Insurance Services team in the Phoenix office. |

Fields of expertise include life and health insurance policies and companies, property and casualty insurance companies involved in contractual liability insurance for service contracts and involuntary unemployment, reinsurance agreements, federal income tax returns for insurance companies, defined benefit and defined contribution plans, and special actuarial problems. |

Mr. Wanner is a Vice President of GPW and Associates, Inc. (GPWA), an actuarial and consulting firm founded in 1998. GPWA purchased the Risk and Insurance Services Practice from Watson Wyatt on September 1, 1998. Mr. Wanner’s over 20 years of consulting experience include 14 with the Phoenix Office of Watson Wyatt having joined the office in 1984. Prior to 1984, he worked for actuarial consulting firms in Texas and Arizona. |

Mr. Petrowski is the Secretary/Treasurer of GPW and Associates, Inc. (GPWA), an actuarial and consulting firm founded in 1998. GPWA purchased the Risk and Insurance Services Practice fr om Watson Wyatt on September 1, 1998. Mr. Petrowski joined Watson Wyatt in 1987. His professional career began with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. working in the audit department primarily on insurance company clients. He was subsequently employed by the American Security Insurance Group to work with producer owned reinsurance companies. He has over 18 years of technical and practical experience in the PORC and captive industries and lists as his clients a significant number of major insurance companies, national banks and automobile dealers/dealer groups. |

In May 2004, Mr. Kirsits joined GPW and Associates, Inc. (GPWA), an actuarial and consulting firm founded in 1998, as a Senior Consultant. In December 2006 Mr. Kirsits became a Vice President of GPWA. Mr. Kirsits’ 13 years of experience includes various positions in the property and casualty insurance industry. In 1994, Mr. Kirsits began his career at VASA North Atlantic Insurance Company where responsibilities included reserving, competitive pricing analysis and annual statement preparation. In 1997, Mr. Kirsits joined CNA Insurance Company and worked in various pricing positions within standard commercial lines. In 2001, as Assistant Vice President and Actuary, Mr. Kirsits moved into a regional actuary role. |
