GPWA offers a wide variety of management services for all types of captive insurance companies domiciled both within the United States and outside. These services may be bundled or selected on a menu basis.

Feasibility Studies
GPWA is uniquely qualified in this area because of the ability to work together under one roof with its subsidiary GPWAS, the supplier of the actuarial expertise necessary for the study.
Formation
If the feasibility study results in the decision to proceed with the formation of a Captive, GPWA can assist in the choice of domicile depending on the client's needs. Following selection of a domicile, GPWA is able to coordinate the formation of the Captive.
Compliance Services
GPWA provides the following services for the Captive:
- Assistance in Policy Issuance
- If needed, assistance in selection of fronting carrier
- Assistance in negotiation of reinsurance agreements
- Preparation of necessary financial statements for both regulatory and internal needs based on client and GPWA accounting records
- Preparation of federal income tax return
- Assistance to auditors and Insurance Department Examiners
