Jacob Kosch

Director - Business Development

Jacob Kosch, joined GPW and Associates, Inc. (GPWA) as a Director – Business Development. He brings with him a strong foundation in financial services and a deep understanding of captive insurance strategies, built over years of experience in both the automotive F&I and property and casualty insurance industries.

Jacob began his career following graduation from Wright State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services with a minor in Marketing. He initially joined a major administrator in the automotive F&I space, dedicating much of his work to the formation and management of captive insurance programs. His experience later expanded into the property and casualty insurance brokerage sector, giving him a well-rounded perspective that enhances his ability to serve clients with complex risk management needs.

Jacob’s areas of expertise include single-parent captive management, insurance company formation, and conducting captive needs analyses. His ability to bridge the gap between technical insurance structures and practical client strategies makes him a valuable asset to the GPWA team and its clientele.
