Meghan Cassidy

Meghan Cassidy joined GPW and Associates, Inc. (GPWA) in 2020 and currently serves as an Advisor, Captive Solutions. With a strong foundation in regulatory processes and client service, Meghan plays a vital role in helping clients navigate the complexities of captive insurance—from initial formation to long-term compliance and support.

Meghan began her tenure at GPWA in the Regulatory Services department, where she worked directly with both clients and domicile regulators. Her responsibilities included forming new captive insurance companies, modifying corporate structures, and ensuring annual regulatory compliance. Her growing expertise and client-centric approach led her to take on a more forward-facing role, assisting during the onboarding process for new clients.

In January 2025, Meghan officially joined the Captive Business Development team. In her current role, she works closely with prospective clients, guiding them through the initial steps of exploring and forming captive insurance structures. She also remains a trusted resource for existing clients, offering knowledgeable support throughout their ongoing captive journey.
