GPW and Associates promotes Samantha Abernathy to director

GPW and Associates, Inc. (GPW) has announced the promotion of Samantha Abernathy to Director of Regulatory Services and Administrative Operations.

The advancement reflects Abernathy’s ongoing contributions to the firm since joining GPW in August 2017. During her tenure, she has held various positions including formation coordinator, compliance coordinator, and manager of regulatory services. In her expanded role, she will assume additional administrative leadership responsibilities alongside her regulatory services oversight in support of the firm’s continued growth.

Most recently, she served as director of regulatory services before taking on these expanded administrative responsibilities.

Prior to joining GPW, Abernathy served as an assistant at Phillips Law Group and worked as an eligibility assistant for the Mississippi Division of Medicaid. She also has experience as a lifestyle reporter for The Daily Mississippian.
